Once the edition of Jack's Clouds had been pulled in black ink on Arches white paper, Jack wanted to see what his drawing would look like if it were printed in white ink on black paper. The composition and the details are unchanged but some extra drama has been introduced into the sky.

Printer Roger Bailey waits with a freshly charged ink roller while the stone is being dampened again, continuing to re-ink the stone before pulling the next impression.
Jack inspects the latest print pulled to make sure he is getting everything in the print that he put into his drawing, and nothing more. Sondra is ready with the dampening sponge while Roger handles the ink roller.
